Board Member Nominations Open for Storey County Chamber of Commerce
Founded in 2024, the Storey County Chamber of Commerce is made up of business owners, leaders of organizations, community members and individuals who either live in Storey County or are invested in its success and well being. The chamber also has board members dedicated to setting and achieving chamber initiatives.
Board members play an active, contributing role in important discussions and decisions to improve Storey County. Board members participate in decision making to best serve residents, businesses, and visitors.
Nominations for the Storey County Chamber of Commerce Board Member positions open January 2026 and an election will be held in April 2026. There are three positions available for nominations, each with a one-year term: Vice President, Treasurer, and Committee Chair positions.

Chamber Board Member Qualifications
- Be a Storey County Chamber of Commerce Member
- Pay chamber member dues
- Able to attend monthly SCCC Board Meetings on a routine basis (held the second Tuesday evening of each month)
