Blissboarder Publishing got its name as founder/owner Jenna Goldberg has a wild passion for boardsports, including surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, skimboarding and stand-up paddleboarding.

What we do: 

• Create and manage online publications that connect enthusiasts with their communities
• Create and publish books: supporting authors, acting as co-author, and ghost writing

How we're connected to Storey County

Blissboarder Publishing is based in Virginia City, Nevada and is a business member of the Storey County Chamber of Commerce and Virginia City Main Street program and actively volunteers in Storey County. Our founder also contributes to The Comstock Chronicle and advises on online publishing and monetization strategies.

We're inspired by Virginia City's history of famous authors and storytellers, and seek to support local creators, including writers, photographers, videographers and other creators.

One of our online publications, Outside Women, is currently welcoming new contributors. Writers and photographers will learn the ins and outs of online publishing while sharing their stories and earning valuable bylines. Writers can apply to become a contributor to OutsideWomen.com here.
